Michael Garcia joined the HENAAC Board of Directors in 1999 and currently serves as the Board Treasurer.
Mike is the Chief Assistant City Attorney for the City of Glendale, California. As the second in command in his office, Mike serves as the land use attorney for the third-largest city in Los Angeles County and oversees the City Attorney Office's transactional service division.
Prior to serving in his current position, Mike was a Senior Assistant City Attorney with the City of Burbank, California. Mike received a juris doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at San Diego.
Mike's involvement with HENAAC goes back to 1993. He lives in San Gabriel, California with his wife Pilar and two sons, Tomas and Joaquin.
