20th Anniversary Conference Map & Trade Show Guide

A picture is worth a thousand words. The HENAAC conference map will have all seminars, career fair lay-out and sponsor listing on this Official Map of the 20th Anniversary HENAAC Conference. The map will be distributed to over 4,000 conference and Career Fair participants.

The sponsor will receive their logo prominently placed on the map and a special invitation to visit the sponsor(s) booth and any additional events the sponsor would like highlighted.

20th Anniversary Conference Totes

The 20th Anniversary only happens once in a life-time so HENAAC will order special Conference totes to commemorate the occasion. Sponsor(s) will receive logo placement on the totes in the order in-which they sign up. All registered Conference participants will receive the official 20th Anniversary Conference tote bag.

Hotel Room Key Cards for both Hilton & Hyatt Hotels

Have your organization be seen by every single conference participant staying at either the Hilton Americas or the Hyatt Regency in Houston. Over 1,500 hotel rooms are reserved for HENAAC and remember college students are placed 3 to a room. An estimated 4,000 people will see your organization logo each time they use their key to enter and exit their hotel room. The sponsor will receive their color logo and a few lines of their choosing on the top side of the key with the HENAAC Conference dates for 2009 on the back side.

20th Anniversary Conference Badge Holders

$ 15,000.00

All registered conference participants will receive 20th Anniversary Conference Badge Holders to place their name badge, tickets, and hotel room key in. Use this opportunity to have your organization logo prominently placed for all to see. An estimated 4,000 badge holders will be ordered and distributed during the conference.

20th Anniversary T-Shirts for all Registered Students

$ 15,000.00

Students enjoying making memories at the HENAAC Conference and what better way to remember their conference experience than by taking home a 20th Anniversary HENAAC Conference T-shirt. HENAAC plans to order an estimated 2,000 t-shirts with the HENAAC 20th Anniversary logo in the front and the sponsor logo on the back of the shirt. All t-shirts will be distributed at both the HENAAC Career Fair booth on Saturday and at the sponsor’s booth.

Conference Bottled Water

$ 15,000.00

Always a big hit with conference participants, the HENAAC Conference bottles of water are placed throughout the conference for all to receive during the 3 ½ days of the conference. HENAAC plans to order over 8,000 bottles of water. The sponsor’s color logo is placed on the white outside wrapper with the 2009 HENAAC Conference dates. The sponsor may also have some of the bottles of water to use at their career fair booth.

Hotel Room Item Placement for Hilton & Hyatt Hotels

$ 10,000.00/per item

Would your organization like to give a special welcome to all conference participants directly in their hotel room? If the answer is yes, then sponsor items for over 1,500 hotel rooms reserved for HENAAC and remember college students are placed 3 to a room. An estimated 4,000 people will see your organization item each time they spend time in their hotel room. The fee includes the hotel placement charges and access to the HENAAC conference participants staying at the Hilton Americas or Hyatt Regency. The sponsor must ship the item to be placed in the room directly to the hotel by October 1, 2008.

College Student Travel Grant

$ 5,000.00*

HENAAC sponsored over $160,000 in travel grants to universities around the country in 2007. Support this effort by sponsoring a group of STEM students to fly to the HENAAC Conference. The Sponsor may predetermine the university they wish HENAAC to support or the funding can go to the general travel fund to be used by all university STEM students. HENAAC will ensure that each sponsor has the opportunity to meet with the students they help fund to be at the HENAAC Conference. All sponsors will also be listed as HENAAC Travel Grant Program supporters.

Airport Shuttle Sponsor

HENAAC provides airport shuttles to all students participating in the HENAAC Travel Grant program. Airport shuttles will pick-up and drop-off students at either IAH or Hobby airports and take them to the Hilton Americas to register for the conference. By sponsoring the Airport Shuttles your organization logo will be first thing the students see on the bus and you may take this opportunity to provide a welcome snack, departure snack and sponsor materials to the students as they prepare to attend and leave the HENAAC conference.

20th Anniversary Conference Staff & Volunteer Shirts

$ 7,500.00

All HENAAC Staff, contractors and volunteers wear a uniform shirt to help identify them to conference participants. Take this opportunity to showcase your organization logo on the shirt for all to see. HENAAC team members wear the shirts during the 2 day July Summit and also during all 3 ½ days of the conference. Over 300 shirts will be embroidered with the HENAAC 20th Anniversary logo and the sponsor’s logo.

Command Center

$ 500.00/per day

Looking for a room to have your group register or meet during the HENAAC Conference? Sign-up early to secure a Command Center that your organization can use for one, two or three days of the conference. A/V and catering are not included in the Command Center day rentals.

Interview Booths at Career Fair
